Plitvice National Park The Plitvice National Park is orchestrated 140 km from Zagreb and 219 km from Split. It combines 16 lakes that are identified with each other by waterfalls. These waterfalls were made by the limestome store contained in the water, that were saved between the lakes making a limestone limit known as tufa or travertine.
